NED DAVIS ASSOCIATES: PATRICK ALLEN JOINS STAFF

The government relations firm of Ned Davis Associates has hired Patrick Allen, formerly the legislative liaison for the state Justice Department, to work on legislative and governmental affairs.

"Patrick is an outstanding individual and has a lot of great experience. With his strong legal and legislative background, he will help Ned Davis Associates achieve our goal of providing optimal services for our clients throughout Delaware,” said Mary Davis, the president of the firm.

Ned Davis Associates, based in Dover, is one of Delaware’s oldest and top lobbying and government relations firms, representing a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Allen most recently served as the director of legislative and external affairs for the Delaware Department of Justice and was responsible for handling the legislative agenda for Attorney General Beau Biden.

He previously worked as the constituent affairs director for U.S. Sen. Joe Biden, legislative counsel for the Wilmington City Council, assistant city solicitor for Wilmington and law clerk for Judge Peggy Ableman. A native of New Jersey, he is a graduate of Rowan University and Widener law school.
